A YouTuber has lost their entire channel of 190,000 subscribers after posting gameplay footage from the new horror game Hellraiser: Revival. YouTube handed down a lifetime ban despite the creator having blurred out nudity in the video. The creator said the decision wiped out a decade of content.

The ban seems connected to the game's graphic violence rather than nudity alone. Hellraiser: Revival has attracted scrutiny over violent content that goes beyond what YouTube's content policies will permit, even when creators make an effort to clean up the video before uploading.
