Australians are expected to start their Black Friday shopping before the expected date in 2026, with major sales at Cotton On and Walmart spanning the event over three days. Electronics and travel deals are among the notable promotions. Meanwhile, Russian retailers are forecasting smaller sales due to recent drone attacks on e-commerce warehouses. Walmart has published an advertisement showing holiday deals and extended shopping dates. The early purchases signal a shift in shopping trends, with gaming and tech products leading the way, while travelers are looking for longer trips. The sales are anticipated to be a major event in the retail sector.
